The chemical engineer main objective is produce chemical and biochemical products with the require quality, the cheaper price, security the most and the less ecological impact. Taking into account, the labor-research relations have been a necessity by the work characteristics: the professional always study the process like the hole, however, until the National Career Direction showed the C Plan, the conventional information presented the phenomenon studies, elementary process, equipment, etcétera, like separated entities, without links among themselves. This link has been changing and been better through the different studies plans, obtaining always the last ones, the best results and main graduates social assignment. The production professionals or experiences professors’ works assistance development, the technical consolidation y and the technological knowledge that they acquired, shows the students the importance of beginning the professional live, from the direct productive process jobs and from the base. The present investigation have as main objective, shows the Chemical Engineering Career at the Camagüey University results, with the labor-research link made in different MINAZ (Sugar Ministry) departments, that constitute the historic sugar patrimony.
