ORTIZ CHAVEZ, Yunelsy; RODRIGUEZ CORDOVA, Roberto Guillermo and MARRERO FORNARIS, Clara. A Procedure to Integrate the Environmental Dimension in Human Resources Training in Hospitals. Rev retos [online]. 2021, vol.15, suppl.1, pp. 47-68. Epub Dec 15, 2021. ISSN 2306-9155.
Aim:
To develop a procedure to integrate the environmental dimension in human resources training in hospitals.
Methods:
Historical-logical, analytical synthetic, inductive-deductive, systemic-structural, modeling; empirical methods such as survey, interviews, and participatory observation. These methods assist in the determination of environmental components in human resources training, then the model and procedure are developed.
Main results:
Creation of a theoretical model, a general procedure, and specific procedures for this integration, based on the identification of the component of the environmental dimension of this process, as well as indicators to measure integration. Conclusions: A procedure was designed to integrate the environmental dimension in human resources training in hospitals. Besides, the components of the environmental dimension associated to human resources training were determined. Moreover, a number of indicators related to the components, environmental procedures and comprehensive evaluation, depending on individual and organizational objectives.
Keywords : procedure; human resources training; environmental dimension in hospitals.
