Abstract

The main goal of this paper is to review the use of a decision tool, named TEMIX, during the diagnosis needed in the Information Systems Planning Process, to ease the assessment of business requirements that are relevant to express the coordination level required by the business performance. The methods used were: case studies, questionnaire design, compound predicates modeling and compensatory fuzzy logic as decision theory. TEMIX use results in information technology assessment based on business needs and on supply chain and business information integration requirements analysis.
