Abstract

The current context has imposed on organizations a change in their management systems, strategies and work system. Cuban Higher Education has faced the challenge of maintaining and perfecting its processes, in times of the COVID-19 pandemic and towards a new normality that establishes requirements that influence methodological forms in order not to renounce the objectives and necessary skills of the learning process. The article aims to reflect on the actions developed by a Cuban study center, as well as the methods and tools used to maintain and rethink its main processes in order to train and promote good management practices in organizations. As results, the strengthening of individual and collective learning processes was obtained through collaborative structures and organizational relationships; the change of mentality and the collective construction of innovative scenarios for the current context.
