The analysis from an integral conception of the organization allows to improve the effectiveness of the decisions based on the continuous improvement of its processes and results. The article is aimed at researchers, management consultants and entrepreneurs in need of improving the diagnostic of their organizations. The organizational diagnosis approach is shown as an essential tool and a procedure composed of three phases is proposed that guarantees greater rigor and robustness in this process and with it the performance improvement.
