Abstract

The current context has imposed on companies a change in the quality of life at work with the implementation of improvements and administrative, technological and structural innovations inside and outside the work environment. The SEDACUSCO Sanitation Service Provider Entity has developed an inappropriate work environment, which has affected the emotional and organizational health of its employees. The article aimed to determine the degree of relationship between human talent management, incorporation, organization, reward, development, retention and supervision of people with the quality of life at work. It was obtained as a result that the management of human talent is significantly related to the quality of life at work, with 65.1% through Spearman's correlation. An appropriate work environment with commitment and motivation from the management of human talent increases the comprehensive well-being of the collaborator in the company.
