Abstract

Institutional agents were born in Ecuador with the Organic Law of Popular and Solidarity Economy and Popular and Solidarity Financial Sector of 2011. This article analyzes the performance and contribution of the popular and solidarity economy to the development of enterprises established in localities. of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the rural parish of San José. Until now, the results obtained have not been favorable, due to the form of organization in which they are found; an indicator of this was that the unemployment rate reached 59%.
