Abstract

The authorship makes a comparative analysis between the norms and evaluation activities of the archives subject to the laws on the matter in Colombia, Mexico and Peru.

Through the technical regulations and the activities carried out by the general archives of the Nation of the indicated countries, it is directed to comparatively analyze how it is fulfilled, through the regulations with the archival requirements so that the records of the archives are kept in good condition. of its conservation and operation that allow a service are of information quality.

The author highlights that the mechanisms for measuring results in any organization are exercised through control and the purpose of its application is to contribute to achieving the objectives by adopting the measures that lead to overcoming the risks or weaknesses found in administrative management.
