The study of different evaluative models, the analysis of international comparative studies on projects, the evaluation and the experience accumulated in research in Cuba, allow us to affirm that the topic should be promoted in the current context to insert the continuous evaluation of Visual Communication Design. In the Cuban industry of computer programs and applications. The objective of this article is to identify the causes that cause the low quality of Visual Communication Design of business management software, developed by software producing organizations in Cuba, that demonstrate the relevance of proposing a professional response, in order to increase its usability and exportable potential. The theoretical methods used were analysis-synthesis; among the empiricists: structured observation, documentary analysis, survey, interview and discussion groups.
