Abstract

LEYVA GARCIA, Annerys Ivette  and  GARCIA-ESPINOSA CARRASCO, Pedro Ernesto. Difficulties of design management for government political communication in Cuba. ARCIC [online]. 2021, vol.10, n.27, pp. 50-66.  Epub Dec 01, 2021. ISSN 2411-9970.

In the expressions of government political communication in Cuba, it is perceived a poor complementation with design management and a scant knowledge of the potentialities of this activity as a source of value, material and symbolic, and as an asset of strategic differentiation. Despite being typified the conditions of insertion of the design in the economic, productive and services framework, in Cuba there are multiple factors that hinder the full integration of this activity into the organizations, a phenomenon that include the central state administration estructures in its communicative acts. Particularly in government institutions, with a role as political communicators, multiple asymmetries are evident for the achievement of said insertion and coherent projection.

Keywords : political communication; design; management; government.
