There is an updating of the present currents regarding the behavior towards the Intraepithelial Neoplasia (NIC), and there is a revision of the outstanding works at the International level, in addition to the author´s experience. It is explained the link between the human viral papilloma (HPV) and the cervix uteri cancer, giving its real role and attempting to counteract what the author name as "psychoses of HPV". There has been a clear definition of the bases of the conservative treatment for the Intraepithelial Neoplasia, the requisites for its application, which method could be considered as ideal, which factors will have influence on the selection of the treatment, and according to this, finally, the different therapeutic variables to be used, depending on the author´s opinions, are explained.
