The ethical approach of science and the humanistic basis of the scientific work lead to the need of creating a suitable ethics in the research with human beigns and, particularly, with special populations. In order to define the moral standards to be taken into account when carrying out a research on children, aged people or women who are pregnant or that are nursing, it was made an analysis of the important and updated sources of international literature. Some recommendations and precautions to be followed in researches with this kind of people were included here
