Abstract

The contents of the leading documents in the process of formation of the specialist in comprehensive general medicine was analyzed. These documents are not only used in the academic work as such but also in the care of the population, taking into account their fundamental characteristic of considering the primary health care areas as an extension of the university for the formation of human resources. Documents such as the Regulations for the formation of residents, the Methodological Dossier and the Work Program of Family Physician and Nurse were selected. The relation of the contents of these documents with the aspects identifying the political-ideological profile and the professional profile, which determine the model of graduate in this specialty in accordance with the political strategy for the formation of this specialist, was studied through a guiding document to analyze the contents of written documents based on a model described in the present formation program. The results showed that the described model closely matched with the contents of the studied documents. Therefore, it is recommended to delve into the study and application of the aforementioned document by the teaching personnel during the teaching-learning-education process.
