Higher education is facing a number of challenges in a changing world, why should review its mission and redefine its substantive tasks, especially with regard to training, research and extension that are directly related to the requirements of society. One of these tasks is postgraduate training, where one of its forms is the continuous improvement of professionals, both those who work in social, economic or educational activities. In this work an alternative to project the postgraduate improvement, with emphasis on pedagogical training of teachers of the race "Accounting" is proposed. Level of basic training, refresher and advanced level, and finally, the level of specialization. This proposed three levels of teacher training are identified.
