Summary A series of considerations are made about the changes occurred in women’s sexual response during the climacteric stage (middle age). The changes observed in men at this age are also described. It is stressed how the human couple has to face together the aging process and how important affection, love, communication and caress are to enjoy sexuality at this stage of life.
