Performance of costs in Health Services has a high impact in the assessment processes and in decision-making, in order to optimize the use of the resources. This research work was carried out in the Research Vice-Direction of the Institute of Oncology and Radiobiology with the aim of knowing how the cost performs in different treatment methods for skin tumors. In this sense, the study focused in the development of a procedure for determining and analyzing such costs, so that information obtained can contribute to a better allocation and use of resources according to the institutional management. Real cost method was used for assessing results, and research techniques according with the study object were used, based on the regulations in force.
