The class in Higher Education of the 21st century, demands a renewal in its conception, in particular in its didactic structure, based on the new approaches of the teaching-learning process, where knowledge is not the result of transmission, but of a process of construction or discovery, guided or autonomous, of the student. In this article the ideas of the authors on the conception of the Mathematics class in the university of the XXI century are exposed, based on the postulates of the problematic teaching. These ideas are the product of his theoretical investigations and his practical experience in university teaching.
