This work is the result of the survey applied to teachers and parents of the Educational Unit "Liceo de las Américas"; so the objective is to apply didactic strategies to reduce dyslexia and dysorthography disorders in students from 8th to 10th grade of EGB of the Educational Unit "Liceo de las Américas", in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. The methods used were inductive, deductive, historical-logical, the survey technique and a questionnaire instrument. This research proposes the most usual strategies, appropriate to the age, level and personality of the young people, allowing teachers and students to assimilate adaptations that will collaborate with the teaching-learning process. These strategies present activities according to the needs of the mentioned disorders.
