This research presents a didactic strategy for the interactive learning in online environment in postgraduate students, with application in the Mastery in Education taught at the University of Cienfuegos. Starting from a materialistic dialectical approach, a variety of theoretical and empirical methods were used to analyze historical antecedents, fundamental characteristics of interactive learning in the postgraduate course, to elaborate a didactic strategy in accordance with the historical cultural approach, to reflect its importance, relevance and necessity to establish an adequate design, which allows the creation of pedagogical and contextual conditions where interactivity among students, teachers and contents is the main element. A diagnosis was made to identify strengths and weaknesses of students and teachers in the use of ICT. For the collection of these data a sample of teachers and students of the Mastery in Education was selected and the results were processed in the statistical package SPSS v.21. On this basis, the didactic strategy was developed that defines the actions for the development of teaching and the appropriation of knowledge by the students in online environment, as well as methodological indications for their implementation. For the validation of the strategy the Delphi method was performed in two rounds, with 11 experts who corroborated the validity of the strategy, obtaining the values Fairly Adequate and Very Adequate in all aspects analyzed, with a concordance of 55.9 %.
