Pre-professional practices occupy an important place in the training of professionals in any area of ​​science. Therefore, research training in the current university context is conceived as an axis of integration and curricular articulation. The demands of the society place the universities before the mission of forming a professional education, which is reflective, critical, and independent, recognize the differences, actively participate in the construction of its educational, communicative and didactic skills by which offer reflections on two learning and evaluation tools and its possibilities of application in the discipline Labor Research Training, because in this context the student materializes his ethical and political conceptions about the school, the curriculum, the teaching-learning process and it is essential to learn in the field of communication, collaboration and deliberation. In this sense, the Journal of Practice and the Portfolio of Pedagogical Practices are proposed as a way to explore, develop and evaluate students' learning from their observations and reflections in and from pedagogical practice, to identify problems, analyze them and face the search for solutions, in turn favors their commitment to the educational reality and enriches the investigative capacity. The experience illustrated has been implemented by seven academic courses with excellent results in training
