The impact of the recent development of economy on human health at the world level in relation to globalization is described and explained. A review of the current literature on this topic is made. The following components are presented in separate paragraph to be examined: economic approach, social approach, political approach and health approach. The Cuban position on this regard is exposed. Poverty, inequity, the deterioration of the social tissue, corruption, exclusion, migrations, terrorism, the limitation of sovereignty and the F.T.A.A are analyzed as consequences of the neoliberal globalization of economy. It is concluded that the denounce as an instrument in the struggle of ideas is the first useful element to revert the present critical situation and that humanism and solidarity are insuperable values of the fight against the wild neoliberalism
