In investigation and the scientific development of the University of Sciences of Physical Culture and the Sport proposed a system of professional overcoming that contributes to the utilization of the informatic´s tools in the teaching and research processes, achieving an experience to institutional level and of the university processes that from the documentary analysis and exploratory study that provided the deficiencies over the not much management of the utilization of the Informatic´s tools in teaching and research, for the what to from her operacionalization of the variable of study provided evidence of identity dimensions and indicators and the population and sample for the diagnostic and validation of the results were clarified, using like empiric investigations the methods of observation, inquiry and interview, elaborated three instruments and obtained data that teaching reaffirmed the utilization of the Informatic´s tools utilized in teaching and research processes.
