Currently, most educational systems are not sufficiently responsible in terms of vocational training of students using human values ​​for their future performance within business organizations. Although this practice alone does not guarantee the business success of future graduates; Various authors assume that the presence of this type of value significantly increases this desired state. This field is considered little explored in the educational field, although in Peru, and he National System of Evaluation, Accreditation and Certification of Educational Quality raises arguments through the conceptions of the new educational models that favor it. That is why the general objective of the research was focused on demonstrating the need for a humanistic approach in the Business Management programs of Secondary Education in Peru. In its development, it was necessary to use methods related to the research methodology such as inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic, and logical history. It was obtained as a result that the incorporation of a humanistic approach within the Business Management programs in Secondary Education in Peru contributes to the professional success of the graduates.
