Resumen
ABRAMOVA, Marianna y VERSHININA, Irina. New Technologies of “Color Revolutions” in the Post-Soviet Space ‒ Legal Aspects. UH [online]. 2021, n.292 Epub 05-Jun-2021. ISSN 0253-9276.
The article deals with the phenomenon of "color revolutions" in several post-Soviet republics. Not only the political events of "regime change" are analyzed, but, for the first time, attention is paid to the legal mechanisms of organizing mass protest movements, which demonstrates the effectiveness of an interdisciplinary approach to new social phenomena. It is concluded that legal methods and methods of "regime change" will come to the fore, as in order to bring the masses to the streets, Internet technologies are increasingly seen as results of direct propaganda and, it seems, may gradually lose their effectiveness. Legal technology is an instrument of dismantling State sovereignty from within. Among the legal slogans of future "color revolutions" can be used human rights (with emphasis on personal rights), demands to replace authoritarian presidential regimes with parliamentary ones, electoral reforms, the question of status of the state language, etc.
