The studies on the heritage and his modes of functioning collect today especial importance, for the sake of rescuing and preserving the principal valuables than in mail with history and the process of step of knowledge propitiate the sustainability. The institutions of higher education play a fundamental role, asset and socially influencer in this theme, where still they must adapt to the existent reality and to the future changes of appropriate and opportune form the fact-finding contents and teaching. This work has like objective to elaborate a model for the safeguard, conservation and communication of the symbolic heritage of the universities. You get an instrument on the construction from host theoretic news and methodological as from which the step of knowledge and the symbolic university heritage are divided into articles from a qualitative perspective with a hermeneutical dialectic focus.
