This paper presents an experience in the flipped classroom teaching. A case study conducted at the University of Informatics Science (UCI, acronym in Spanish) with 16 Bioinformatics Engineering students. In the results obtained, the relationship between interactivity, motivation, work and collaborative learning and formative evaluation is confirmed; in addition, the design of learning activities and assessment in the flipped classroom model with the development of strategies for video prosumers students helps them to improve their communication and computer skills. It is concluded that evaluation should stimulate collaborative learning, interactivity, tolerance, motivation and responsibility in virtual environments.
