The present article responds to the necessity of elevating the quality in the training process that is developed in the elementary classrooms, starting from the execution of the responsibility given to this space of massive preparation, as fundamental link in the system of union training. In the same one it is presented, the pedagogic training of the teachers of elementary classrooms, as decisive aspect in the process of the union leaders' preparation and it is valued the necessity of their understanding and consolidation starting from the existent tendencies in the national environment.
