The work recreates the current situation regarding the need to prepare the teacher to offer a personalized education to the student, his insertion in the class group and in the school dynamics, from the assumptions of the Educational Guidance. It starts by specifying the main existing insufficiencies regarding the domain of Educational Guidance, its main applications, as well as the existing professional problems in the field of mismanagement of emotions, violence and school bullying, attention to diversity, inclusive school and prevention and human development, which are manifested as professional problems to be solved by the development of the intervention program. The results of the present research are presented by means of a study for the analysis of the formative needs in teachers, around the fundamental contents of Educational Guidance and the professional problems that were specified in the educational context and that will be solved when the purposes of the proposed Master's Program are fulfilled. The objective of the work is to confirm the need to implement the Master's Program in Educational Guidance of the State University, for the improvement of professionals in Zone 5 of Ecuador. Planning Zone 5 is one of the nine planning zones in which Ecuador is organized and is made up of the current provinces of Guayas, Los Rios, Santa Elena, and Bolivar and the Special Regime of Galapagos.
