The objective of this research is to identify the financial and investment skills of Tendales Circuit retailers. This research is developed under a descriptive-exploratory methodology, through which a general perspective of the retailers is achieved. In a timely manner and emphasizing the subject of study, it is described below: those knowledge, financial and investment skills, useful information from credit institutions of the public and private financial sector in terms of loans, and financial tools, aimed at contributing to the development of the financial management capacity of merchants. The proposal was used to raise the level of preparation of future graduates of the Engineering Degree in Accounting and Auditing of the Technical University of Machala.
