Basketball is considered a high-level sport that requires a lot of work, dedication and training, it has also attracted a lot of attention in recent years and has been sought after and loved by the public. There are requirements that detect talent in sport, thus ensuring the success of aspiring athletes. This study analyzes the instructional interventions and their relationship with the initial training of basketball teachers in schools in Quito, Ecuador. One of the most common problems in teaching basketball is that the methods used cannot fully meet the training requirements of the players. To address this problem, this study was carried out to comprehensively evaluate the pedagogical approach of the game teaching process. The research is part of a descriptive approach.
