Objective:
The education of a professional capacity to satisfy 21st-century society demands is a topmost of Higher Education. This paper aims at devising the way of operating with the variable professionals’ trainees formative process and assessing it.
Methods:
A qualitative-quantitative study was carried out by combining the technics of nominal grouping, modified Delphi and multidimensional correlation coefficient rpj.
Results:
The structure of the variable professionals’ trainees formative process is fully described (two dimensions, seven sub-dimensions, and 22 indicators) and assessed.
Conclusions:
The methodology used in this study allows the description and evaluation of the variable focused.
