RINCON VANEGAS, Juan David. Nonlinear permanent flow in confined and free aquifers in the presence of development. Ing. hidrául. ambient. [online]. 2022, vol.43, n.4, pp. 38-46. Epub 23-Mar-2023. ISSN 2788-6050.
Development activities are a set of operations that are performed on the intake structures (wells), which intercept detrital aquifers, in order to extract the finer grains of the aquifer formation, considerably improving the permeability in the zone reached by the development. In general, the consideration of the desanded zone in the flow equations has been totally excluded until some time ago, when, for the first time, the effects of developing a well in a linear regime were introduced in these equations. However, since it is known that nonlinear flow is commonly present in the zone closest to the wellbore, it is necessary to describe more precisely the turbulent component in the sandless zone produced by development activities.
