This article presents the results of the application of a model of self-evaluation, transfer and monitoring of academic improvement of a Chilean public university. It is a model that is supported by a digital survey platform. In it, they value and evaluate what is applied in their classes, after the improvement they have completed. Through the database incorporated in the model, the answers of the academics could be collected and processed. The results shows that the monitoring model is emerging as an instance that allows a transition from intuitive reflection to constructive and systematic criticism. In addition, it allows obtaining data, judging what is transferred by the teacher in university classrooms, in order to make decisions and improve the teaching and learning process in Higher Education.
