The proposed objective of this articleis "to make a proposal for new processes for the treatment of mathematical theorems at the superior level". The proposal take into account a system of didactics actions based on problem solving, to help raise the quality of the methodological treatment and meaningful learning theorems in the process of Teaching - Learning Mathematical Analysis in the Licensure career Maths. The objective set has been completed, as have been proposed processes provided for handling the necessary and sufficient arguments for it, while exemplified by a set of problems, expressing the didactic intention of them, whose resolution is taxed some of the threads involved in the processes of treatment of the theorems (obtaining, demonstration and assessment, valuation, assimilation, application, generalization).
