Taking into account the previous research works developed by the research staff of the Pedagogical Scientific Research Center of "Félix Varela" Pedagogical University in Villa Clara and the productive exchanges of ideas produced in different scenes, the present article is aimed at exposing some ideas about deficiencies that have been affecting the quality of researches developed in the territory. The authors have tried to express collective and personal reflections with the intention of keeping and continuing the discussion about some aspects that need to be treated urgently by the scientific community to gain in agreement and improve our research action with the support of a dialectic materialist conception according to the objectives stated for Cuban education.
