To guarantee that the students of the Career of Accounting and Finances that you/they are formed in the Municipal University Centers (CUM), develop values that characterized their behavior during the professional life and citizen constitutes a work priority for the Universities in Cuba. In spite of the methodological work developed on the topic, it is manifested in diagnosis carried out in the CUM of the county of Cienfuegos inadequacies in the preparation of the professors in the related to the education in the value industry of their students, starting from that which thinks about as objective of the present work to propose a training program that contributes to cover the detected breach. In the development of the investigation methods were applied, of the theoretical level, in the search of up-to-date, empiric bibliography, for the determination of the diagnosis of necessities and statistic for the calculation of the results obtained in their validation. The practical contribution was sustained in basing the training program like separation form using for it the roads of the methodological work around the education in values from the pattern of the universalization.
