The challenges of institutional management are translated into managerial practices, which condition the smooth running of the processes that take place in a university, and the study presented below focuses on these realities. The starting point is the problem: How to favor the correct business management to ensure the development of university systems? The objective is to develop an Institutional Management System for the control and continuous improvement of the university system in UNIANDES Quevedo. Several methods have been used, under a qualitative and quantitative research approach. The result is recognized in the elaboration of the Institutional Management System of UNIANDES Quevedo University.
