To face the phenomenon of the floods it is indispensable to carry out hydrological analysis to small scales of times, in many of the cases to scale hourly. This hinders the studies, due to the necessity of having mensurations of expenses that satisfy this condition. It is for this reason that this investigation offers a methodology proposed to face situations with these characteristics based on several studies carried out in Cuban´s basins of maximum priority.
