The competitiveness of organizations is the model that defines the use of good practices, highlighting the strength of the institution, innovation, the use of technology, the efficiency of the labor market, among other aspects. The results of the research were ordered from the application of econometric, statistical and mathematical methods using the computer programs: Mathcad and Eviews, obtaining the research model composed of the variables: human resources, governance, human capital, quality of life and technology. The deep analysis of the results and the variables allowed incorporating in the proposal of the Competitiveness Model for a Canton of Guayaquil type Municipality.
