Raising the quality of the teaching-learning process is a current requirement of society to Education. The use of technologies to achieve effective and quality learning is promoted, while the training supported by Information and Communications Technologies, with the mediation of the teacher that can promote a more active role in the student in the development of their knowledge and personality. The objective of this research is to propose a portable educational website as support material for the teaching-learning process of the subject Regional Literature for the Degree in Spanish-Literature Education of the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas. Techniques such as surveys, interviews and assessment by specialists’ criteria are applied, which leads to creating and proposing the portable educational website Villa Clara Regional Literature.
