The following essay claims the need to promote participatory and face-to-face communication in Non-Governmental Organizations for Development NGOs due to its social impact at a qualitative level. It is argued that there is an idealization of the digital scenario, and an overvaluation of the quantitative, which determines the content and affects its ability to denounce violence, given the pressures of financing models. The essay makes a diagnosis of the situation of NGDOs in Spain on this issue, based on a review of previous research, to subsequently delve into the use of photographic learning in the creation of participatory dynamics and awareness of social problems.
