Its implementation seeks to improve resource management, meet established deadlines and ensure the effectiveness of educational results, transforming projects into agile and sustainable processes. This approach facilitates informed decision-making and contributes to the achievement of pedagogical and administrative objectives with a lasting impact on educational quality. The application of the Critical Path in the management of educational projects has included a detailed review of the literature on its analysis in different contexts, evidencing its influence on organizational efficiency. The methodology allows for the identification of critical tasks and strategic planning, optimizing resources and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
