Abstract

The classes to attain the degree of Master of Clinical Pharmacy began to be tought at the Institute of Pharmacy and Food of the University of Havana, in 1994. Its curricular design allows that the system of knowledge acquired trains a professional capable of playing his protagonic role as a drug specialist in the health team. The subjects of the curriculum, the research topics and their close relationship with the working activities of the 96 graduates, who have contributed to the solution of the specific problems in their frame of action, are analyzed.
