A retrospective and descriptive study of adult patients under 45 years of age, who were diagnosed as suffering from cardiovascular disease, was performed. Our universe of study was made up of 27 patients whose medical histories were reviewed; data were collected from a survey and statistically processed and final results were shown in statistical tables. We found that young adults are mostly affected by sub-arachnoid hemorrhage, the majority of the patients belongs to 31-35 years age group and that there was no significant predominance of sex or race. Complications are quite frequent whereas the imaging study is important for diagnosis and treatment.
