Eyelids are formed by different types of tissue, from which may be developed many histological types of neoplasia. Authors present the case of a man aged 70, operated on five years ago to excise a renal tumor two years later which metastasizes the brain. Subsequently, patient is admitted in our hospital for exeresis at left eyelid level to eliminate mechanical ptosis provoked by tumor and to improve vision. Histological study reports a renal origin of tumor.
