Abstract

The author's criteria on changes required by teaching municipalization to Propedeutics Clinic as subject are exposed as well as the changes in content due to a shifted morbidity to preclinical period and the syndrome risks by a broader patient's age in primary care regarding that of adult hospitals without inclusion of pregnants. Challenges to be faced in Teaching Process Management and some ways to reconcile the municipalization advantages and the difficulties of a change period are posed. The main strategies were: the methodological work and propedeutic and clinical learning as a curriculum strategy.
