Abstract

Phobic fever is a term expressing the fear of parents and physicians in face of the presence of fever in the child. In Cuba there is great anxiety when temperature in over the 38º C thus, it is important train parents on the significance of not start the antithermal until temperature reach 38,5º C (axillary temperature) and if it is possible 39º C. A subject review was performed and also of other important features related to fever.
