This has encouraged studies and research works on the syndrome. Knowledge related to physiopathology, clinical signs and behaviour to be followed has improved. Emphasis is made on the importance of transportation and oxygen consumption in a state of shock. Recognition of clinical elements and steps to be taken are underlined. Various solutions that may be recommended for improving volemia and their main characteristics are presented.
