The results of an immunological study conducted in a female patient after a clinical picture of bacterial meningoencephalitis caused by Haemophylus influenzae , were presented. A marked humoral immunodeficiency, which was corrected by prescribed medical treatment, was observed. Her clinical evolution was also very favorable and, up to now, the patient has not had any other infectious complication.
