Colon lipomas are in the third place of the frequency of appearance of benign tumours. These tumours are composed of well-differentiated fatty tissue with a fibrous stroma. Most of these lipomas are asymptomatic, and some of them rarely present emergency complications. The aim of this paper is to present a case of enterorrhagia and abdominal pain caused by a lipoma at the cecum level.
